Dr. Shelta Richardson is a faith-driven consultant, speaker, educator, and founder of I-Cube Consulting, where she helps visionary leaders—especially women—launch and grow sustainable schools, businesses, and ministries. With over 22 years of experience as an administrator, business strategist, and leadership coach, Dr. Richardson has dedicated her life to equipping others to turn their God-given dreams into reality.
Deeply rooted in servant leadership and guided by biblical principles, Dr. Richardson partners with churches, nonprofit organizations, and Christian entrepreneurs to strengthen their leadership, financial stewardship, and operational excellence. She has worked with faith-based schools, church governing boards, and start-up teams to build resilient organizations grounded in purpose and impact.
As a gifted communicator and adult educator, Dr. Richardson regularly teaches, trains, and speaks on topics such as leadership development, spiritual resilience, crisis management, organizational turnaround, and Christian ethics in business. Dr. Richardson holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Education.
